And once again I have a problem with the withdrawal of winnings at the casino. Application for payment submitted on 30.08, 31.08 accepted by the casino and since then I am waiting for my money. The only response from the chat is that there is nothing they can do and I have to wait up to 5 business days from the next day I have request a withdrawal(so 5 working days counting from 1.09). I asked if it was possible, just like last time, to cancel the withdrawal and try again, but the only answer was that I should wait. For me, this is a disrespectful approach to the client and dismissing him without giving any other attempts to settle the matter.
