Since approximately 8 weeks ago, I had finally wagered my bonus at Voododreams casino and requested a withdrawal. As a standard verification process, they sent me a mail, requesting all different types of documents such as selfie, bank history to prove I had deposit to their casino site from my bank account, ID card etc.. Since then I have waited for my money. I have several times contacted them through livechat and email, asking the progress regarding my withdrawal case but they told me to wait patiently and they were going to soon send me a mail regarding the withdrawal’s progress.
1 week after I had sent the documents, my account was blocked. I could not log in. I instantly asked them what had happened and they told my it is a common thing for them to do, to block the account before the documents were approved. I waited patiently but nothing changed. I have tried to contact them many times during these last 8 weeks but they have been slower and slower at responding me and has still not today, updated me about the withdrawal and my account. I sent a email last week and they have not still responded me, it feels impossible for me to reach them and they have been very unprofessional about this case i.e. by not responding me often and have still not in 8 weeks updated me about my account and withdrawal.
Help me please, this is very frustrating and feels like I am going to be scammer on my money.

Upon further review, we noticed that the customer was informed about the outcome already, but it seems like the complaint wasn't updated.
The customer accepted the outcome and never pursued the case further with the relevant ADR. Hence, we consider this case to be resolved from our end, and closed. The player never contested the outcome with us, after informing them about the T&C breaches.

the total amount of money that I am withdrawing is 18131 SEK so it is really frustrating that I have been waiting for 8 weeks without letting me now about the progress of my withdrawal. I have no broken any bonus terms and rules.
