Withdrawal keeps getting canceled
I’ve submitted a complaint but I never added the files that I needed to add. Could you please add the files to the complaint I have made?
I am trying to get my $4600 that keeps getting cancelled. I need your help in resolving this matter as they I have told me to make numerous withdrawals and keep cancelling with excuses there is no other method.
I have proof from the financial Department of corns paid that I can’t open an account with them because my ID will not be verified because I’m in Australia they don’t operate in our country and the only method is wire transfer which Viggo casino have stated in one of the emails that they do wire transfer to my bank but then again in emails Wil say that they don’t wire transfer. It is impossible for Viggo casino to do this, so please help me with me receiving my winnings. I have made a number of attempts to withdraw the money which keeps getting rejected. I feel like I have made all reasonable steps to resolve the issue with no success. I just keep going around in circles back-and-forth with emails and cancellations of my withdrawal request. I have submitted all my ID verified my account made extra deposit as I have been told to by the operator of chat there’s still no success with withdrawal. I’m not sure if all my files have gone through.
