Withdrawal accepted but not received

It's a real shame that I have come to write this email. My first month at Viggo was without a problem. Made deposits and even a withdrawal that only took 72 hours.
Unfortunately one month on and now my experience isn't the same. On the 1/11/2020 I requested a withdrawal of 2300 euros through bank transfer. On the 2nd of November my request got accepted and I got an email saying it would take 1 to 4 workings days to reach my account. Fine.
However, 9 working days later I am still without my funds. Every time I try and talk to the chat they give me a different answer. First of all it was "you must wait another few days it will come" then it was "We have updated our payment system and it's caused unexpected delays but don't worry your money is on its way" and now it's "We are experiencing delays it can take 5-10 working days"
However it's been 9 days and every day I'm basically being told to wait and wait. And each time I ask difficult questions like "Can I have visual confirmation that the withdrawal is on its way" I get the same answers that I listed above. Standard pre-registered answers.
So basically, every time I ask where my money is I'm told to wait. But for how long? Am I ever going to get my money?
I did not take any bonus that day or anything. Straight up deposit and should have been a straight up withdrawal.
I don't want another basic answer of the funds being delayed. Please DO something about it. Not just standard answer to get me to shup up for a while.
The website is great and my experience was perfect until now...what a shame that I have to fight to know where my money is and if I'm going to receive it
