Started with me trying to withdraw 10k NOK for the first time. Got the verification email, sent the documents and got a new email saying the verification got completed. 2 weeks went by, still nothing got approved so I thought maybe something had happened, so after talking to live chat and getting the normal copy paste answers, I cancelled and played some more, won more and resubmitted 11 withdrawals for a total of 55000nok. 8 new days have past and still nothing has happened. I sent an email to cashier@viggoslots.com the 29 of may, still no answer today the 5th of June. I'm just looking to get the money I'm owed.
