I played at Viggoslots and managed to win a decent amount of 447,30 EUR. I made a withdrawal request on March 27 at 10:56 am (GMT). After a short pending period the request was approved and paid out according to the friendly customer service on live chat. Now it's the evening of April 3 but I still haven't received my winnings. I can't get a clear response from the casino about why the money hasn't come. The customer service on live chat has been very friendly.

- I have enclosed a screen shot from the casino showing the approved withdrawal with date and time
- I still haven't received the money and it's now almost 6 pm Finnish time on April 4
- Earlier today the friendly customer support promised to contact me soon by e-mail after they consulted with the casino's finance department, but I still haven't received any information on why the payment is so much delayed and where they money actually is

Yes, the money was paid out on March 27, but it never made its way to my bank account. All the information was correct.
Yesterday evening I was told by your kind customer support agent that the money had been returned to you for some reason. We agreed on a rewire, this time to my another verified bank account. I was told that the payment was made to that account this morning. When the money arrives, I will update this complaint.
