Casino doing everything possible to avoid paying me
I had a win at Viggoslots on 7/12/20 and made a withdrawal request via wire transfer for $500 that day. The following day 8/12/20 the withdrawal request was approved without issue. I received the payment on 16/12/20.
On the 17/12/20 I made another withdrawal request for $500 after having another win. Later that day I received an email saying that they cannot make transfers to my bank. This is obviously untrue as I had received a payout from them from a previous withdrawal on 16/12/20. I had told them this and then made another withdrawal request for $500.
I then received another email saying that I needed to upload a photo of the back of my bank card. Keep in mind that they had paid me only the week before and my card hasn't changed in that time. I obliged and uploaded the photo.
I then received another email saying that my withdrawal could not be processed as my ID had expired. Again, keep in mind that they had paid me only the week before and my ID was expired then too. Once again I obliged and uploaded the images.
They then told me my account was verified. Yay!
Two days later I received another email saying that my withdrawal could not be processed as my bank account details were incorrect. They aren't. I triple check them everytine that I enter them. They were entered exactly the same as they were when the paid out my previous withdrawal.
I made another withdrawal request on 22/12/20 and received another email the following day saying that they can't do wire transfers to banks outside of Europe! How stupid do they think I am?
I have made another withdrawal request on 23/12/20 for $500.14 as I do not want to leave a single cent in that account for them.
I would like my withdrawal to be processed and paid out the FULL $500.14 that I have won fair and square.
There are never any issues depositing, but as soon as it comes time to make a withdrawal and get a little bit of my money back it is made harder then buying a house!
If this casino paid out swiftly and hassle free I'm sure more people would feel comfortable playing there. Unforutnately I will never play there again due to the way they have treated me.
