I have 61k in my account, I am trying to withdraw these funds. I am fully verified. The terms and conditions for withdrawals are 3-5 business days. I know have $3750 in withdrawals that have taken 3 weeks and stillhave not been paid. My VIP host Lucas told me that I need to increase my wagering and playing activity to have these funds in my account faster, which is I believe is absolutely disgraceful. They knocked my VIP level from level 4 to level 1, so I can only withdraw $750 a day instead of $1500. They want me to keep gambling my bankroll away and not pay me out. I will never ever play with this Casino again once I get my money, or even if I get my money. I had no problem with withdrawals until now.

It’s now been 8 business days for my 3 withdrawals to be processed. Support tells me that there is a delay in the process which is always their excuse. My VIP host told me I needed to deposit and eager more to get my withdrawals done quicker. I have deposited $1000 and gambled 100k this week. Still I am waiting for my withdrawals. This is extremely frustrating.

It’s no been 11 business days for a withdraw that is supposed to happen in 3 business days. I’ve been extremely patient and this is extremely frustrated. Currently have 78,5K in my bankroll. This will take 6 years to get.
