After earning some money and trying to make a withdrawal, my account went through a provider review that lasted over 25 days instead of the initial 14. After that, they asked for my ID for verification and after I had no news from the KYC department for another 21 days, they came back asking for a selfie with the ID in front of their casino. Note that in 2022, I had sent the same selfie again. They have taken a week reviewing that. So, it's been 2 months or so, of my account not being able to make a withdrawal, which is crazy. I have been their customer since 2022, I don't know what is going on. Can you please help?
