Verification and payment issues
I ve been asking for a withdrawal since August 3 in the amount of 700$ US they approved all my documents then they come back asking me proof of how I find my idebit account through my bank I sent them the history page of my payments from my bank with the exact date and time deposit to direct billing solutions which is idebit with numerous screenshots and they refused it saying they need an electronic statement with a direct link my bank account to my idebit I only have electronic statements for my line of credit and Visa card I explained to them not with my chequing account still waiting for a response from them all the screenshots I sent them it shows clearly my name with bank account linked to my idebit account exact date and amount I funded sloty casino it's really frustrating delaying verification progress delaying payment hoping I gamble and lose the 700$ I asked my bank to get electronic documents now with my chequing account as well
