Unjustified delay in payment
Good morning
i am writing to you in the hope you could possibly help with the following
i opened an account with sloty casino back in around jan/feb. made my first deposit and accepted the first bonus. since them have gone on to play but never accepted another so that i played my wagering reqiurments through. on the 28th of march i was thrilled too have won £6000 and withdrew it, sloty sent numerous requests for id, cards. passport ,selfie etc. then on the 8th april they advised me no more id was needed and my request was now with the finance dept. and upto today that is all i am told. i have sent a number of emails for updates but just advised to wait. i am not sure if i am jumping the gun by saying is a month not long enough? i have attached correspondence etc and hope there is a solution to it all,as the excitement of winning is fading fast
