I've had a withdrawal pending since the 18th and to date, it hasn't been processed.

Initially, the virtual assistants said it would always take 3 days. However, as these three days have now passed, They say that this time is not always certain and sometimes it can take longer.

I feel that I have been cheated and robbed.
