ShadowBit casino withdrawal complaint

Dear AskGamblers team,

I have tried to withdraw from ShadowBit casino to same card that I made deposit. They cancelled my withdrawal saying I can only use international bank transfer, although on the withdrawal page options for card withdrawal is showing. I have also made multiple withdrawals from other DAMA MV casinos to same card without any issue but ShadowBit for some reason unknown toe does not accept. My account with them is verified. Please see attached files for proof.

Please help.

The transaction was initially denied because of the daily limit. We also see a successful withdrawal through Bank International.
So, you can make a withdrawal through a card as you ware going to, however one of the previous attempts failed due to a technical issue on the payment provider side.
Now, the cashouts are processed as usual, and if you (the customer) has no ban like self-exclusion, we would recommend truing again to create a request.
