Rejected my withdrawal of £980

I won £980 and they won’t pay it. I made3 withdrawals £100, £180 and £700.

They rejected them and said there was a currency issue. This is because I won this from around 10p in my account which I built from.

I have not added any money because they still owe me £28 from rejected bets they said they would give back. I have made multiple complaints and then ironically when I win this they will not pay me.

The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to: Other types of cheating; Development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings; using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
In these cases, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Account and suspend all payouts to the Player. This decision is at sole discretion of the Company and the Player will not be notified or informed about the reasons of such actions.

Thank you for the update AskGamblers Team. I have sent Rolletto an email as the Live Chat would not discuss the matter and told me to email instead. This was yesterday and still not received any updates regarding the withdrawals and the rejected bets. I will check in with the live chat again today as it looks like they’re avoiding the matter.

Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team requested additional evidence and details from the Rolletto Casino team due to the fact that we considered the information and proof they presented not justified enough to confirm the accusations against the player.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

I am reaching out to formally submit a complaint against Rolletto Casino, which has been unlawfully withholding my funds and refusing to provide a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.

Issue Summary:

A few weeks ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and my balance was frozen without warning. I contacted customer support multiple times and was informed that my account was “under investigation.” However, they refuse to provide any details regarding the investigation, a valid reason for withholding my funds, or a timeline for resolution.


Despite my repeated follow-ups, Rolletto continues to ignore my requests for a clear explanation and immediate withdrawal of my rightful funds. Their lack of transparency and refusal to release my money is deeply concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in unfair and unethical practices.


Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and live chat.

I have asked for specific details about the investigation and when I will receive my funds.

They continue to evade my questions and provide no resolution.

My funds remain illegally withheld with no timeframe for release.


Request for Assistance:

I kindly request AskGamblers’ intervention to help mediate this dispute and hold Rolletto accountable. My funds must be released immediately, and they should provide a legitimate reason for their actions.


This casino’s behavior raises serious concerns about their fairness and integrity, and I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure they do not continue to mistreat players in this manner.
