Payment sent but not received

I'm at a dead end with trying to find my money.

I made a couple of withdrawals over a few days and they where all processed and marked as successful. They started to appear in my account over the next few days but I had noticed I hadn't received the first withdrawal.


List of withdrawals

  • 01/07/2023 - 300.17 euro (not received in bank)
  • 04/07/2023 - 300 euro (recieved on the same day )
  • 04/07/23 - 100 euro ( recieved 05/07/2023)


So I originally contacted rolletto and they informed me that withdrawals don't always appear in bank at same time, which is fine so I waited.

I then a few days later messaged again saying I still haven't received it and showed evidence of received money into account. Rolletto took some info and passed it to the relevant team and said I would receive an email within three days.


The day after I received an email that said

"As we have checked your withdrawal was successful and the funds were sent from our side.

You can check the attached file as a proof of the transaction.

Best regards,

Ruby/ Payments Agent"


So again I replied showing all withdrawals and all money received into bank. Rolletto replied and said to contact my payment provider. I contacted my bank and they said that it can be traced by something called a forward trace but this can only be done from the account in which it was sent from. Now rolletto use Bankera to send payments so I went to them. I showed Bankera the payment order that rolletto provided as proof. Bankera told me that they could analyse the matter further but it would be rolletto that would have to raise the issue.

So back to rolletto I went and I explained what both my bank and then Bankera had said but I would need them to raise the issue with Bankera so they could look into it.

Rolletto just kept replying with the same answer that the transaction has been successful and they had provided there proof in the form of a payment order and there is nothing more than they can do .

So I'm currently at a loss of what to do, is a payment order form enough proof? Can a forward trace be done? Ect any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out to formally submit a complaint against Rolletto Casino, which has been unlawfully withholding my funds and refusing to provide a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.


Details of the Complaint:

Account ID: 24623459

Disputed Amount: £2671.85


Issue Summary:

A few weeks ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and my balance was frozen without warning. I contacted customer support multiple times and was informed that my account was “under investigation.” However, they refuse to provide any details regarding the investigation, a valid reason for withholding my funds, or a timeline for resolution.


Despite my repeated follow-ups, Rolletto continues to ignore my requests for a clear explanation and immediate withdrawal of my rightful funds. Their lack of transparency and refusal to release my money is deeply concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in unfair and unethical practices.


Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and live chat.

I have asked for specific details about the investigation and when I will receive my funds.

They continue to evade my questions and provide no resolution.

My funds remain illegally withheld with no timeframe for release.


Request for Assistance:

I kindly request AskGamblers’ intervention to help mediate this dispute and hold Rolletto accountable. My funds must be released immediately, and they should provide a legitimate reason for their actions.


This casino’s behavior raises serious concerns about their fairness and integrity, and I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure they do not continue to mistreat players in this manner.
