Delayed Withdrawals, verification doubled
I recently accumulated winnings of £4000 (GBP) on Rolletto. I tried to withdraw, but had not completed verification. I submitted all requested verification documents and the relevant verifications are now showing as verified. I tried to withdraw using SWIFT, which failed. I was informed by customer support that the SWIFT payment system was experiencing technical issues. I tried using SEPA, this also failed and was experiencing technical issues. I then tried to withdraw using BitCoin, which was rejected. Rolletto support said they would investigate the matter and respond via email. This email did not arrive. I contacted them again and have now been informed that the "KYC" team require the same verification documents, which have already been verified, to be submitted again, via email. I have also been informed that they cannot guarantee a verification duration time, due to high demand. It is clear that Rolletto are either technically unable or purposefully unwilling to process withdrawals in a fair and reasonable manner. Deposits are processed without any problems at all.
