Payment pending
Hello, I would like to file a complaint against "Roby Casino." I have already made deposits on this site; some time later, they offered me free spins, which allowed me to complete the wagering requirements (which were quite low) and increase my balance to withdraw €800 in two transactions: the first withdrawal of €500 on April 1 and the second of €300 on April 6. When I completed my wagering, I had more than €1,000 in my balance, which was immediately transferred to my real balance. I checked the general terms and conditions, but there are no withdrawal conditions regarding the offered free spins (unlike the offered bonus money). That being said, my withdrawals are still pending, and nothing is happening. The oldest withdrawal is from April 1, and each time, customer service tells me that it is being processed and that my withdrawal is prioritized, but again, nothing happens. All this to explain the situation in detail, but the real problem is that my withdrawals are pending and nothing is being approved, even though they promise that withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 3 business days.
