Issues again with Richville.

Withdrawal pending 9 days. Have emailed support and KYC and no luck.

It's the same copy and paste responses everytime (High workflow, we have contacted payments, please be patient).

Literally everytime you withdraw from this casino they breach their terms which state 48 hours. It never is.

Casino only seems to move when I open an askgamblers complaint. Really really poor!

Withdrawal Delay Complaint

Hello ,

It has now been 11 days 15/5/26 since I submitted my withdrawal request. I have already contacted customer support, and they informed me that there are delays.

I have been a casino player for many years, and this is the first time I have experienced such a long delay in receiving my withdrawal.

I do not like making negative reports or complaints.

Unjustified account closure and 2 000 EUR confiscation

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am lodging an official complaint against Richville Casino regarding the sudden closure of my account and the confiscation of approximately €2,000 in winnings.

Upon trying to access my account, I discovered it was blocked. When I contacted support, they informed me that my account was banned under clause 16.10.2.3 for "bonus abuse" (see attached email).

I strongly deny this accusation. I have strictly followed all the casino's Terms and Conditions, including all bonus rules (maximum bet limits, eligible games, and wagering requirements). I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity, nor do I possess multiple accounts.

It seems the casino is using a generic "bonus abuse" clause as an excuse to avoid paying out a legitimate, substantial win.

I kindly request that AskGamblers assist me in:

1. Demanding that Richville Casino provide concrete evidence of the alleged bonus abuse.

2. Recovering my confiscated winnings of €2,000 and reopening my account (or facilitating a manual withdrawal).

I am fully ready to cooperate, provide any necessary identification documents (KYC), and assist in the investigation.

3 pending withdrawals over 2 weeks now

Hi there I’m having issues with this casino on my withdrawals! I have 3 pending going on 2weeks now!! This is really ridiculous and unacceptable support keeps telling me same thing your withdrawals will get processed on the nearest time!!! The time frame is 3 days max or even faster for withdrawals to get processed! Buy when it reaches by the end of the 2nd day the withdrawal gets expired and hey cancelled! Then I have resubmitted withdrawal request over and over again!!! This is the worst experience I’m having here at this casino!!! I even talk to my vip manager but still no help just a bunch of lies! I have $750, $750 and $90 pending at this pace it’s gonna take months just to receive these funds I don’t understand why this is happening!!!!

Verification account proofs

When I claimed my first withdrawal 5 days ago, the casino asked for my account verification proofs of my MYFINITY wallet, which I don’t use, and I don’t even know its existence.

I told them that I don’t use this wallet and sent them a screenshot of my deposit to them from my bank account. I sent them all the appropriate proofs that they want pdf February statement from my bank that I used to verify in more than 10 casinos, and nobody replies for 3 days.

Now, I tried to contact support and live chat, and nobody replies

Hello,

You have helped me with complaints before and I have left a trustpilot to reflect this.

Unfortunately (For the third time in 6 months) Richville have taken over 10 days for a skrill withdrawal. Im fully verified etc etc, had many deposits and withdrawals. I thought these kinds of issues had been resolved but unfortunately yet again a withdrawal has taken over 10 days.

I have chased and keep getting told it will be 'processed soon' etc etc. But this has just gone on too long.

If you could mediate this has helped so much in the past.

Withdrawal pending over 11 days now

My account has been fully verified for months. I have done multiple deposits and multiple withdrawals (Everyone has had to be chased).

Every withdrawal has been beyond slow, 4 plus days.

However, the casino has now reached a new low. 9 days pending and I chased my withdrawal multiple times. I then get an email stating the withdrawal 'failed' due to a tech glitch. The withdrawal is to skrill, so instant. The casino could not explain why it took them 9 days to attempt the withdrawal. So I had to re-request. Another 48 hours and nothing.

I have really tried with the casino. Every withdrawal from this balance amount that took more then 4 days I told them if they want to keep me as a player they need to be better. It has now gotten worse and now the withdrawal is not even being processed.
