Withdrawal pending over 11 days now

My account has been fully verified for months. I have done multiple deposits and multiple withdrawals (Everyone has had to be chased).

Every withdrawal has been beyond slow, 4 plus days.

However, the casino has now reached a new low. 9 days pending and I chased my withdrawal multiple times. I then get an email stating the withdrawal 'failed' due to a tech glitch. The withdrawal is to skrill, so instant. The casino could not explain why it took them 9 days to attempt the withdrawal. So I had to re-request. Another 48 hours and nothing.

I have really tried with the casino. Every withdrawal from this balance amount that took more then 4 days I told them if they want to keep me as a player they need to be better. It has now gotten worse and now the withdrawal is not even being processed.
