I requested a withdrawal on the 26th. Customer support is always saying that it will be released today, or to wait a little longer. In their policy they say it can take up to 3 days. Now 8 have passed and nothing happens. There is no straight answer from them and when they advise a date it is a lie. At first they said 1-3 days. Then they said they have some technical issues. After that 3-5 days. after they said to wait a little longer or that it will be released today.
