I have requested a withdrawal of 305 euros on 15.04.2026 and haven't received my money since that day, despite the casino saying that withdrawal takes 3 working days.
Every time I ask about my withdrawal in Live chat, I always get the same answer that I should "wait for a little more" without specifying any timeframe of how long I should wait.
