I made a deposit by bank transfer which was withdrawn from my bank account, it was never credited to the Rabona casino account. I made a request to their support and they told me that the deposit had failed. However, I have proof that the payment system has confirmed the transfer because I took a screenshot at this precise moment, and the trace of the transfer withdrawn also appears on my bank statement. They don't want to know anything and refuse to give me my money back, I saw that another person had the same problem on Trustpilot. Can you help me get my money back? Thanks
