I submitted withdrawal requests on January 15 and January 22, totaling 850 euros, which have still not been credited to my account. Today is February 4, and this delay is completely unacceptable. Although 850 euros may seem like a modest sum, the continued delay in processing my withdrawal is causing significant inconvenience.
I urgently request that you open a new case to investigate and resolve this matter promptly, ensuring that the 850 euros are credited to my account without further delay.

It is particularly baffling that a user who filed a complaint on the same day as I did has already been paid, while my case remains completely ignored. We are now at a 24-day delay, which is completely unacceptable. Moreover, it has come to my attention that customers who requested their withdrawals much later than I did have already received their funds.
Given this situation, I believe I am entitled not only to the prompt release of my funds but also to a formal apology from Rabona Casino for the inconvenience and distress caused. Regrettably, based on the current conduct, I have little hope that such an apology will ever be forthcoming.
