Hi there, I have been facing an issue with rabona for a week now. I deposited money using the USDC crypto on the 27th of Feb. The money was never credited to my account. I have contacted the support countless times about the issue and every time they tell me that it will be addressed but nothing happens.

First of all, it is a deposit, not a withdrawal. It has been like this for almost 2 weeks, please send me the money to my wallet address (0x237­fEB­525­e3E­477­960­420­0a6­158­bbA­2cb­F6f­0F20).

This complaint has been reopened as per Rabona Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

Dear all,

Please be informed, that we have reached out to the customer on June 12th and informed of the results of our investigation with the payment provider.

Please be informed that the payment provider can manually recover the funds.

In order to proceed, they are requesting the customer to send 0,02 ETH to the same wallet address. Once done, the customer needs to send the gas TXID and an active return wallet address. We have also informed the customer that there is an 8% fee for recoveries.

Since we reached out to the customer then, we received no replies or updates from them.
