I have been waiting for several days and should subsequently upload documents for my payout of € 2,000 although I have ever received a € 500 payout from the same casino, the pay was declined even though I submitted documents and these were confirmed the second time, the support is absolutely out of reach and has never responded to an e-mail from me.
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
