Hello,
QueenVegas Casino again not processed my withdraw $260 since last 7 days.I contacted with support but they are worthless,saying same thing every time.I had emailed to manager but nobody replied about my withdrawal.Is it my fault to keep my trust within Queen Vegas Casino for play?Your help will be highly appreciated.Thank you.

Considering the information and screenshots provided on behalf the QueenVegas Casino management, it is now obvious that player reversed their payment and played it back until the whole amount was lost. Apparently, player somehow forgot to share this crucial piece of information with the AskGamblers Complaints Team, a fact which is considered as a serious violation of AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service /AGCCS/ Terms.
Based on the above, this case is being rejected and player's further access to AGCCS is being restricted.

Hi Iftekhar,
You sent me an e-mail on Sunday 18th June and I replied back to you the next day in the morning that we will look into your issue. Then I was informed by the department responsible that your withdrawal was canceled. Anyway we are still investigating the issue, as the system shows a reversal of withdrawal.

Dear Magda,
As you didn't reply my last email, but replied here with many wrong information. I had sent you an email on 18th after not received my withdrawal where already 24 hours had been past(same day payment failed) Then I went to live chat but found disable and then I sent another mail regarding my withdrawal but again no reply received.I never reversed my withdrawal from my side.Now I can't login to my account where the system showing "User already logged in" and I can't review the details for unknown reason!You know I play every week once into your casino and I never expected this situation from your side.Could you resolve please?
