Failure to execute request for self exclusion

Unfortunately I am completely disappointed in the lack of responsible gambling commitments by Pribet. Last week I first reached out to Pribet and asked them to block my account and prevent me from placing any
More bets or depositing due to my gambling addiction.
I sent two messages over the messaging platform on Thursday 20th June and Saturday 22nd June asking to be self excluded and the live chat was unavailable each time. I am submitting a screenshot of the message I left on Saturday 22nd June. I have heard nothing back yet- instead I got an email on Sunday 23rd June informing me about a gift: 100 premium free games and enticing me to deposit more for another bonus.
On June 25th I sent an email to Pribet support to once again express my concern and asked to be self excluded. I have still not heard anything back.
During this time period, not only did the casino fail
To respond, but I was able to continue depositing money and was even enticed to gamble
More with free bets and bonuses. Therefore I am insisting on a full refund of my deposits for the stated period.
