Not getting payed out


vor 2 Jahren
Two weeks ago I won 230€ at platincasino and made a withdrawal that was also accepted.
After I asked last Friday when the withdrawal will be booked at my bank account the live chat is not longer available.
I wrote them mails and even sent them my bank statements from the last two weeks. They say, they can’t find any payout on my account. But I also have screeners of it.

you're Withdrawal of 230 EUR was indeed processed. However money got returned today and was added to your Player Balance. Please check your Payment Details and request a new Withdrawal.

The reason for the previous misinformation was that you had contacted support through a different email address and therefore they could not assign the necessary information.
