Played yesterday at platin casino. Deposit around 800€ and then withdraw 10 000€. I didnt use any bonus. They cancel the withdraw and the chat says "technical issues" and there is nothing or now one to explain anything. They only said the problem is in Brite and when asked how about if I use trustly they said its the same They said will take a week. Very strange. I am gold level and have priority withdraws. Asked how about them without getting any answer. Then when tried to ask more they said have a nice day and closed the chat.

Update: Later technical difficulties turned to be verification problem. Dont know how that happened, but its about my 2018 deposits. Delivered similar document but it wasnt approved. Later managed to get right document from bank, but then platin casino said please wait for 2-4 days. They also didint approve my cards (no reason given for another).
In my country we have visa debit/credit card, which means two cards in one. Debit number is backside of the card and creditcard number front. They kept on reading frontside and said this its not the card. I tried to explain this and even made picture with arrow pointing the right number, but it didnt help. It seems that they dont want people to verify accounts.
Update2: Also when I upload documents they disappear soon and in chat they say you havent uploaded. Sent screenshot showing that they are uploaded but the answer is: "Please upload documents". I told your system might be broken, but no response for that comment. Sending them in email didnt help as they said they dont check emailed ones.
Update3: This is getting even more funny. Now they approved same documents and one new. Still they didnt approve the debit card. Also now there is new issue with my password, which was already approved. Sent both passport and id card. Lets see what is the next issue.
Update4: Now they approved id, but and of course canceled withdraw as always. This time they wanted verificate the another credit card which they already approved today. I will sent screenshot to askgamblers for proof about this. I hope people reads this and will not deposit or play at platincasino. What they basicly do is that they approve some document and decline another. When you send it again they approve it and then they ask for something they already asked for. Even when they have approved it on same day... If you try to ask they only copy paste the same email to chat. So total cheating.

First it was techcal diffuculties tehen verification, then another verification, then everything was ok and you said you pay, then it was another check and then it was holiday season... It also was latest on friday which is by the way now. Now its not today because you do some more checks?
