Guts CS team advised that money had to be transferred to my Credit Card account in 3-5 days maximum
today is the 22nd of May and no Money has been received still.
Today came out that apparently all the Credit Card payments Guts did last week, where not processed for some sort of Unknown problem they had
no one ever mentioned/reported this problem before
still waiting for my 10.000 AUD
I am seriously concerned that they will never pay me , as in 8 days anyway all Australian accounts will be suspended as Guts cannot trade with Aussie players anymore
i start believing that they are playing with me as they don't wanna pay me

As our advisor mentioned on the email that was sent on the 23rd of May – unfortunately both transactions had failed on our payment provider's end, which is why the funds never reached your bank account. However these funds were promptly credited back to your gaming account and you were advised to make a new withdrawal request.
Also, as you have been advised via email now – we have re-processed your requests and your funds should clear to your account within 2-4 working days.
