Avoids payout 53000 PLN

I would like to report an issue with NV Casino regarding a withdrawal of approximately PLN 53,000.

For two weeks now, my withdrawal has not been processed. The casino is continuously delaying the process by requesting repeated KYC verification, despite me submitting all required documents multiple times.

My documents are being rejected without clear or consistent explanation, and the process appears to be intentionally prolonged.
I've heard everything starting from "you cancelled it by yourself", "our team makes everything they can do", "your KYC if fine, just withdraw the money" only to wait another copule of days and afterd that they cancel my request. They cancel a bank transfer withdrawal, agrumenting that there is an issue with the crypto wallet number picure, which have nothing to do with each other. At this point, it no longer seems like a standard verification procedure, but rather an attempt to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

I have complied with all requirements and acted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
I also gather prt scr of every chat with the support and all of the request I made that have been cancelled.

This situation raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of NV Casino.

Update:

From all of my belongings they payed out 10.000 on crypto wallet (one of the requests).
Less than 20%.
Now the hilarious part: Another request, on the same crypto wallet, was denied because of photo (me+wallet on screen), which already has beeen accepted, and after that the amount I mentioned in the first line was payed off... All the sudden It's not good any more. No reason.

I am submitting this formal complaint against Casino NV1 due to their continued refusal to process my legitimate withdrawal.

My account balance is €40,000, and I have fully complied with all verification (KYC) requirements.

To date, I have submitted all requested documents three separate times, including official bank statements issued directly by my bank. Despite this, my documents are repeatedly rejected without any clear, specific, or consistent explanation.

The casino does not specify:
• which exact document is rejected
• what exact issue the document allegedly contains
• what precise alternative document is required

I have formally requested a detailed written explanation, but I continue to receive only generic responses such as “verification issues” or “compliance review,” which do not allow me to resolve the matter.

I believe this behavior constitutes unjustified delay and unlawful withholding of player funds. I am concerned that the verification process is being intentionally prolonged due to the high withdrawal amount.

Please note:
• All documents submitted are authentic, current, and verifiable
• I have not been informed of any specific violation of the casino’s Terms and Conditions
• I have cooperated fully and promptly at every stage

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this case by submitting formal complaints to the casino’s licensing authority, as well as seeking legal assistance regarding the recovery of my funds.

I respectfully request:
• Immediate approval of my verification
• Processing of my full withdrawal of €40,000
• Or a clear, written, regulation-based explanation of what exact requirement is allegedly not met

I am prepared to provide all correspondence, screenshots, and documentation to support my claim.

I ask the mediator and the casino to handle this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.

This dispute can still be resolved amicably, but continued delay is unacceptable.

Rejected my withrawal after 5 days

Hello AskGamblers team,

I am reaching out here in hopes of getting help with a withdrawal that was supposed to be approved tomorrow 2025-05-19 according to their T&C from an online casino listed on your platform but was declined for no reason.

I was lucky enough to win €10,850 and initially requested a withdrawal of €4,950 on 2025-05-12 wish have been on pending since then. Today 2025-05-18 I was playing a little, and lost €2,850 and then stopped playing and i have still €8000 in balance . After this i went into the online casino "Transactions" to check if my withrawal is still on pending or maybe its approved but it was rejected for nothing? i then contacted Live support who replied that they do not know what happend and saying that they have forwarded this to be analyzed internally and they need more time? According to their T&C the withrawal time frame is within 48 hours but no longer then 5 working days if you make a withrawal from €500 euro - €4,999. Tomorrow 2025-05-19 is gonna be the fifth day and this is really weird that it gets rejected when tomorrow is the fifth day. I dont want to wait another 5 days, this is not okey.

I am fully verified also.

I really hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I have enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.
