Avoids payout 53000 PLN
I would like to report an issue with NV Casino regarding a withdrawal of approximately PLN 53,000.
For two weeks now, my withdrawal has not been processed. The casino is continuously delaying the process by requesting repeated KYC verification, despite me submitting all required documents multiple times.
My documents are being rejected without clear or consistent explanation, and the process appears to be intentionally prolonged.
I've heard everything starting from "you cancelled it by yourself", "our team makes everything they can do", "your KYC if fine, just withdraw the money" only to wait another copule of days and afterd that they cancel my request. They cancel a bank transfer withdrawal, agrumenting that there is an issue with the crypto wallet number picure, which have nothing to do with each other. At this point, it no longer seems like a standard verification procedure, but rather an attempt to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.
I have complied with all requirements and acted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
I also gather prt scr of every chat with the support and all of the request I made that have been cancelled.
