I made three withdrawals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday last week - you can do only one per day with 500€ max. All withdrawals are still in pending status, even the casino has written in their T&C's that within 24 hours they will process the withdrawals. So 1.500€ are in pending status since almost a week and another 3.500€ is waiting on my account since that time. Maximum open withdrawal transaction is three. So I even cannot open new withdrawals as no one of the old ones is getting processed.

We would like to assure you, that the case has been deeply investigated by our Administration Team. Please note, that due to some technical updates on the processing company's side, we were unable to process your withdrawal requests to your Credit Card. Due to this, the Finance Department has asked you to request new withdrawal requests via Trustly payment method.

Please note that one of your withdrawal requests has already been paid out today, with the other two planned to be processed according to the following schedule:

01.10 - 500 eur
02.10 - 500 eur

We apologise for any inconvenience this situation might have caused you and hope for your understanding!

Guys, you can close that complaint.

Just a few words to Nomini casino. I told them already last week that I have a problem with playing in their casino. And I asked the support team if there is any chance to implement some "responsibly gaming" mechanism like deposit limit/cool off or anything else. The response was they have license from Curacao and it is not needed for that license - only chance is to close the account if there is no open balance or no open withdrawal. So at the end Nomini casino delayed my payments for more than a week and it came as expected, that I lost all my money and even made another few thousands Euro deposit whcih are gone now.

Generally speaking this is the way I don't like in certain casinos. Delaying payments with some excuses and hoping that players will lose patience and will lose their winnings. Honestly absolutely no recommendation from my side for this casino. Very small withdrawal limits, excuses to delay withdrawals, no responsibly gaming mechanism at all. If you want to play here, read carefully the T&C's. I have not done it and I regret my decision.

First of all, we would like to kindly inform you that, in fact, we do not have a limitation tool in our Casino and for that reason you were informed accordingly. We sincerely regret the fact that you have ended up losing your winnings, but in any time this was our intention.

Withdrawal requests are processed by Financial Department within 3 business days of the request being made after the account is verified and probably that's the reason it took longer than you expected it would, however, it was all in accordance with the procedures.
As you have correctly mentioned, all the above are described in our Terms and Conditions and there is no untruth on wrong information provided.

We do regret that you have decided to close your account, but should you decide to resume your game at our casino, we will be happy to see you.
