I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from my account with Nomini. I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros on June 24, 2025, but as of today, July 18, 2025, I have not received the funds.
I contacted the bookmaker's customer support via live chat on July 7, 2025, and was informed that there was a delay in processing my withdrawal. Despite their assurance that the issue would be resolved, I have yet to receive my money.

Withdrawal Received from Nomini on July 21.
It was very frustrating to wait almost a month for a withdrawal when you expect it to be processed faster.
However, I would like to commend Nomini for acting quickly after I filed a public complaint with AskGamblers on July 18. I received an email from Nomini on July 19 confirming that my withdrawal had been processed. I choose to believe that this was an isolated incident and that future withdrawals will be faster.
To confirm this, I have requested a new withdrawals of 500 euros. I would also like to thank AskGamblers for their help in resolving this issue.
I look forward to an improved experience with Nomini in the future.
