I deposited 50 euros to N1casino and received a third welcome bonus (100%). I managed to wager bonus and did a withdrawal of 800 euros. With some winnings which I was playing with left on the account afterwards. Had around 1500 euros left accurate amounts should be on their logs.
Within an hour or so I got this email sent to me:
"We have to remind you that according to our Terms and Conditions only 1 account per IP, device or household can get bonuses.
We are sorry to inform you that your winnings were confiscated to the deposit amount due to violation of the rules. Also please note that bonuses are not available for you anymore.
Best regards,
N1 Casino Support Team."
I contacted live-chat about this and they told me that there is multiple accounts under my IP address and all their decision are final. I also sent a reply to the email they sent me to review this but gave the same reply.
I do not have multiple accounts. I was only playing on my phone. I logged on my PC to my account only to chat with the live chat. I did not have duplicates up as I was playing for sure.

By check of your account our system has automatically recognized that 2 accounts have been created per one IP address. Both of them received bonuses at N1 Casino. It contradicts the points of casino's bonus rules bonus term #3 which states that "Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail or IP address), unless stated otherwise."
