To whom ever it may concern
I would like to inform you that I tried to withdraw the fund from my account many times, But it is still pending.I contacted the agent many times more .every day I submitted documents verified . Could you please kindly take necessary action As of today the 7 the day of waiting for my withdrawl of 4500 Euro. It has never been a problem before to withdraw money. Its been a good casino for me with other withdrawls but not this time, I also attached a screenshot of a text document of some of our previous chats with different agents.
As i said, its been 7 days and everytime i contact support they will give me different answers like, its in the approval state, its being soon possible ,
I do not know what to do anymore, its so much money and i am afraid of loosing it.
