I deposit 50€ without any bonus and played Diamond Empire and won 4000€ and cash out. The next day i get a email i wont get my money becouse i have 2 accounts. The supprt team did not show me any proof and just gave some copy and paste answer. I just have 1 account and did not use a bonus on my deposit.

Our system has automatically recognized two accounts have been created per one IP address. Both of them have received bonuses, it contradicts our point of terms which states “All Bonuses are limited to one person per household/IP, unless otherwise mentioned.”
