Hello,
As of today the 11th day of waiting for my withdrawl of 3000 Euro. It has never been a problem before to withdraw money, but only smaller sums of like 7-900Euro, this time i won big. Before i had the problem with verifying but that was over a year ago and its solved long since. Its been a pretty good casino for me with other withdrawls but not this time, as you can see in my screenshots i cannot even access my banking deposit/withdraw site anymore so i cannot show you more then that. I also attached a screenshot of a text document of some of our previous chats with different agents.
As i said, its been 11 days and everytime i contact support they will give me different answers like, its investigated, its in the approval state, its being proccesed, ect ect.
I do not know what to do anymore, its so much money and i am afraid of loosing it.
