On April 7th I won 3200

I've been calling each day told they have no idea I have to wait they are too busy.

Today is April 13th, I've waited patiently and was told they can't help me.

How long must I wait? Now 6 days and counting being each time repeatedly told the same script like a generic answer of copy and paste.

How can they not be equipped for a time of apparent overload?

How come no one has answers?

THEY SAID proof address so I gave them the 2023 income tax document from March 2024 they said it is older than 3 months it's not at all

Now going on 9 days told well you have to wait another 48 hours this is so ridiculous never had issues anywhere else ever

I've never experienced such excuses and delays. How does it take 2 weeks to verify someone or payout their winnings?

Mr.bet has released withdrawals without verification but now they are harassing not want to send my winnings.

Mr. BET is a scam, I've provided everything asked in accordance to the laws where I live. I was informed by government officials that what is being requested is not achievable.

Information has been provided and proved with back up documents.

Mr. BET is refusing to pay my winnings via etransfer and I have no more information available to me to submit.

I have called my bank I went to my bank in person, other the submitting blood samples and offering my first born this is ridiculous.

Mr.bet keeps repeating the appropriate department but won't say what department nor show proof to the so called informed sent to them explain what information is not being shown.

I legally submitting on my end more than I believe should have for a etransfer withdrawal request.

I've passed verification on 7 other platforms in less then an hours supplying same types of documents approved instantly.

It's 3200$ just pay me already.

You won't give me direct contact info to send a lawyer , I am severely nervous about how much privacy information you have invaded of me and still won't pay.

Back on April 7th you already set it up for failure saying be warned no one passes verification right away.

I have complied and sent all documents ask too it's been confusing for many times the refuse my verification but only after trying a dozen time client chat services/ customer service chat informs me oh well this or that and it very frustrating as the communication is not clear. You can't call , they repeat always ( appropriate department) will review things I ask question and I find that replies are uninformative and repeatedly replied like a generic text. It serious shouldn't take a month, I have given everything that at this point I feel my personal privacy has been violated and all that's left is to offer my blood or first born. IM trying!

then one minute exact later you refused verification claiming it was a false preliminary check by the system only why even then message a client at all? i quote :

now i am not sure i understand why a person must accept all terms and condition when rules aren't followed immediately. before playing everywhere runs verification prior but mr.bet choose when they feel like applying the rules set with in the agreement. since registered a year ago i have withdrawn winnings all under 100$ but still and never once asked or care to prove my identity ever. now i won over a month ago have been given multiple stories excuses directions etc and i don't understand.

i've been asked again as i have already done so over the paste 30 + days to send my bank statement. i uploaded it minutes ago and hope that this willb e the end to this long dragged out verification process.


rules regulations and terms and agreements are set for all parties to follow but not when one randomly feels like applying the law.

mr. bet for over a month and a half has done nothing but violate my personal information causing me stress while trying to cope with a chronic illness.

the now have blocked my account and stole my winnings with no explanation no phone care but only based on what they want to believe.

they claim i used funds from an account other then mine which is false and i will be contacting my attorney. my privacy has been invaded and they have frauded me. to which i will not accept. i am taking my notes to legal affaires.

i deposited funds from 2 of my accounts separate but both mine. both accounts under my authority and using solely my email address. one is a joint account with my sons name on it but still rightfully mine and i have all information to back that up.

i have used douzens on well licensed online casinos with remarkable service and help. no once was i ever treated with such disgust. i am furious and hurt. they are the only ones who i see all over the internet being complained upon never getting there winnings.

l rightfully won 3200 and it doesn't matter if its my name my husbands name my son etc they are only titled in the account for internal information reasons but they are all tied together with on etranfer connection being my email .

why i ask mr bet what are the appropriate departments called i was told it was confidential and i was not allowed to know the names of each department etc. that is alarming and a red flag. department names are confidential.

mr. bet has stole all my personal information and now blocked my account robbing my winnings. i will continue escalating this beyond this site because i will not tolerate being treated this way and i dont trust them with my documents. they forced me to give them my card number back and front bank account numbers and Much more which had nothing to do with etransfer. NOTHING. ALL CONFIRMATION FROM GIGAADAT REQUESTING THE MONEY AND CONFIRMING THE MONEY WAS RECIEVED . IT WAS SENT TO THEM BUT YET STILL THEY SAID IT WAS FABRICATED I MEAN REALLY? i gave information i said i wasnt comfortable with and yet was convince to in order to get my winning.

im feeling very violated and abused mentally and emotionally.
each rep had different information not one knew the same as the other.
i complied to every request , no one would call me and no one understood anything i would explain.
