On April 7th I won 3200
I've been calling each day told they have no idea I have to wait they are too busy.
Today is April 13th, I've waited patiently and was told they can't help me.
How long must I wait? Now 6 days and counting being each time repeatedly told the same script like a generic answer of copy and paste.
How can they not be equipped for a time of apparent overload?
How come no one has answers?
