Waiting on my withdraw for 2 week soon

I am still waiting for a withdrawal made on 26.06.

Their own terms and conditions state that withdrawals should be made within 3 business days.

They make a lot of excuses in chat and by email, different each time.

I have already spent hours and hours trying to get my withdrawal, but nothing happens. They say every day that I am a high priority. It is about 5000, which should be easy to pay out.

I think this casino is holding money on purpose.
