Monster Casino - Withdrawal delayed by 'technical issues'
My 2 withdrawals submitted several weeks ago are still not being processed. A total of £200.00 is due to be withdrawn to my bank account from which it was deposited. Firstly they all of a sudden require documents which had already been submitted and verified. I duly uploaded them directly to their site and emailed them also. Then I get a message which is attached. This company have no live chat and their telephone number states due to COVID they can’t use their telephone lines. They very rarely respond to emails and I’m left thinking this company has scammed me out of my money. I have requested via email that my funds be manually transferred as this is the only available option at this time apparently according to their site.
