Monster Casino - No withdrawal received

I made a withdrawal over a month ago of £1000. Two days after that, I received an email to send them some documents. I did that

But since then, I haven’t received any answer whatsoever, and my withdrawal is still pending

Whenever I go to live chat with them, I always get the same “copy and paste” answers, such as:

We are still reviewing, and there is no time frame for how long it will take

Come on, let's be real, who is taking longer than 4 weeks to check something

They are delaying the payment, maybe they are trying to make people forget about it, so they won't pay you

Maybe they don’t have money

This is not okay, I need my money!!!!
