Monster Casino - Withdrawal of £4000 has not been processed and paid
I made a withdrawal of £4000 on 25/01/23 and it still hasn't been processed despite asking on numerous occasions what the hold up is. When asked again early this morning I had my account temporarily suspended but I was assured I would still receive my withdrawal and it would be processed today. It still hasn't been processed. I've got evidence of my withdrawal email below and various other screenshots with live chat if required. All live chat state is that they are not the security department so can not provide any information. I'm overly concerned that Monster Casino do this regularly after reading other complaints and reviews and are unwillingly to pay out withdrawals, which is against the law. Any help would be appreciated.
