Monster Casino - Tried to withdraw £2,400, got my account restricted instead
Im playing sometime with monster casino ,not the most games that you expect but i gave it a try after the reviews i saw on a site..what probably can go wrong yes ..so on deposits everything is smooth no questions asked...100-200-500£ no problem ....7-8 days ago i tried to withdraw 2400£ from them...after 1-2 days im receiving a mail that they want to verify my account ..all good..not the first time that im sending papers to online casino....im sending everything they asked and then im receiving another mail that i got restrictions in my account that i cannot play till i send more papers ...i sent everything they asked the same day 6-7 days ago ...since then i contact customer support on day 3 ( that's what they say..give us up to 3 days....UP to 3 ) they told me that 3 days full is the next day from customer support...ok...spoke the next day again same loop ...soon blablabla and we pass your request and excuses ....so after close to 1 week (around 7-8 days of withdrawal ) and no mail ,no news no nothing ....
