Monster Casino - No withdrawal after 8 weeks
I had a withdrawal for £100 which was processed on the 27/04/2021 via trustly. I still have not recieved any funds. I have emailed many many times but I always get the same response "we have passed this to the relevant department and will email as soon as we have a response" unfortunately I have never had a response from this team.
I was asked to send screen shots of my bank account to prove the money had not gone in which I did, I was also asked to check with my bank, again I checked and nothing. This is as far as I have gotten.
No one can seem to tell me what has happened to my money.
