I withdrew 480 in total, half of it 15th of January, half of it couple of days later. The casino promises that it processes the withdrawals in 5 business days. However they haven't even begun processing and I could still cancel the withdrawals which is of course what they want me to do. What bugs me the most is I can't get any answer as to why the delay. No one is answering my e-mails and in live chat I get the exact same copy paste answer about how I should be patient and my money is safe. But no one is answering the obvious question: why is that the 5 business days promise doesn't come through?
