My withdrawals not paid after 18 days

This was my first time using Mafia Casino, and it has been a nightmare.

I should have read the reviews online prior to playing, but I didn’t.

After playing for a couple of days and earning a withdrawal of $1750, I tried to withdraw. They only let you withdraw $750 every 24 hours and claim it will be put back into your pocket within 3 business days. That was on November 11th.

I made 3 different withdrawals and to date, have not seen anything.

I have emailed support twice and contacted live chat almost daily. I’ve been told to be patient, clear my Google cache, re-login, verify my account…. All has been done, and no change. Throughout this process, the status of my withdrawals has not changed except for one. It was cancelled and put back into the casino, and I was told it was an issue with my bank, not the case at all.

I thought I would try and cancel the withdrawals and pull them out again just to make sure I didn’t do anything wrong in the process. Still, it has been a week and no change.

I think 18 days with multiple contacts to support and trying to withdraw on multiple occasions should be sufficient to get my money out of the casino.

Not sure who to turn to, but this seems to be a common scheme with this online casino. I’ve played multiple casinos and am aware of the delays, but this is different.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I’m going to squash this but leave everyone to see what happened. I played $10,000 on the same game for 5 hours after fighting with support to allow me my withdrawals. I lost all my earnings within 5 hours at an average of $5 per bet…. That’s a lot of bets! And not once did I receive a bonus on that game without paying for a bonus round. That means they have altered my winning percentage. DO NOT PLAY this casino!!!! It is total fraud. I feel relieved now that I have nothing to do with them. I lost $1000 of my own money but I am hoping I have saved so many people from trusting this site. All the best! Please keep this public so people do not play this online casino!!! It is a total scam!

These are my latest replies. I have $1500 in withdrawals that have been in the casino review process since December 3rd and 4th. My recent processed withdrawal has been kicked back into the casino funds and my original $750 withdrawal is missing and never hit my bank account… which I have given the casino my transit is as well as my bank account number. When I ask support, they tell me I need to complete the wager of $750 now?? What? My original deposits on November 11th totalled over $800. I wagered it and won over $10,000 and haven’t been able to withdrawal… not once. Over a month! And now the casino is telling me I have to keep betting? I don’t understand this. Meanwhile support is emailing me telling me to be patient and that the original $750 withdrawal was confirmed processed and should be hitting my account any day. Does this make sense? What can I do to escalate this. Help please!!

Here is part of what I am seeing from the casino. Note the small print on the maximum amount of withdrawals. Also note today is the 5th business day after a processed withdrawal, and no funds have entered my bank account.

Win recorded but never credited despite multiple support contacts

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid slot win at Mafia Casino involving the game CherryPop.

On May 7, 2026, at approximately 12:41 PM, I placed a $1.00 CAD spin on CherryPop and triggered a bonus feature that clearly showed a total win of $62.00 CAD. However, the winnings were never credited to my casino balance.

I have attached screenshots showing that the game replay page is displaying bet amount: $1.00 and won amount: $62.00

• My account transaction history shows:

• 12:41:21 PM balance: CA$350.62 → CA$349.62

• 12:41:24 PM balance: CA$349.62 → CA$348.62

• 12:41:27 PM balance: CA$348.62 → CA$347.62 with a recorded CA$62.00 win

Despite the recorded win, my balance still decreased instead of increasing

The balance history clearly demonstrates that the CA$62.00 payout was logged by the system but was not actually credited to my account balance.

I have contacted Mafia Casino support numerous times. Each time they request the same screenshots and bet details, they state the matter has been forwarded to the “relevant department.” After that, no resolution, update, or meaningful response is provided. The issue has effectively been ignored despite clear evidence.

I am requesting payment of the missing CA$62.00 win, a proper investigation into the malfunction, and a formal response from the casino regarding why the recorded payout was not credited

I have retained screenshots of the game replay, transaction history, and balance records supporting this complaint.
