Update: My VIP level has been suddenly downgraded to Level 1. My daily withdrawal limit has also been decreased to $750, but the system currently only allows me to withdraw $600 per day. Ich habe derzeit drei ausstehende Auszahlungen über jeweils 500 eur was der maximalen Anzahl an gleichzeitigen Auszahlungen entspricht die das Casino erlaubt

Zusätzlich verfüge ich über ein verbleibendes positives Guthaben auf meinem Konto das ich derzeit nicht auszahlen lassen kann, da zuerst die ausstehenden Auszahlungen bearbeitet werden müssen

Laut den Angaben des Casinos sollten Auszahlungen innerhalb weniger Werktage bearbeitet werden Meine erste Auszahlung ist inzwischen jedoch seit 8 Tagen anhängig und überschreitet damit deutlich den angegebenen Bearbeitungszeitraum von bis zu 3 Werktagen

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid slot win at Mafia Casino involving the game CherryPop.

On May 7, 2026, at approximately 12:41 PM, I placed a $1.00 CAD spin on CherryPop and triggered a bonus feature that clearly showed a total win of $62.00 CAD. However, the winnings were never credited to my casino balance.

I have attached screenshots showing that the game replay page is displaying bet amount: $1.00 and won amount: $62.00

I have contacted Mafia Casino support numerous times. Each time they request the same screenshots and bet details, they state the matter has been forwarded to the “relevant department.” After that, no resolution, update, or meaningful response is provided. The issue has effectively been ignored despite clear evidence.

I am requesting payment of the missing CA$62.00 win, a proper investigation into the malfunction, and a formal response from the casino regarding why the recorded payout was not credited

Please help me get my money from Mafia Casino

I have requested three withdrawals from Mafia Casino between April 1 and 3. The three withdrawals were for $700, $750 and $750; totalling $2200. I haven't received anything yet. I have emailed them numerous times and they have responded that the processing has been delayed because of the number of withdrawals that they have or that it is still processing but it is in the queue. On April 7, 2026, I deposited after receiving a bonus from my VIP manager. After completing wagering, my balance reached approximately €4,473, and I submitted a withdrawal of €800 on April 8 via Bitcoin.

Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “processing” with no progress.

I have contacted both my VIP manager and live chat multiple times and was told the withdrawal would be prioritized. Despite this, it is still pending nearly two weeks later. On April 9 I was told it was being prioritized, and on April 12 I was told it was still under review. Since then, I have repeatedly been told to be patient without any clear timeframe or update.

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request on January 21st, 2026, and as of today, the withdrawal is still pending with no concrete timeline provided. The total amount of the pending withdrawal is 50,000 NOK.

I am aware that my account has a daily withdrawal limit of 5,000 NOK. However, despite this limitation, no withdrawals have been processed at all since the initial request, and no payments have been received.

I have contacted Mafia Casino's live chat multiple times regarding the delay. Each time I receive generic responses stating that the casino is experiencing delays, that there is no danger, and that the finance department is working on the matter. No estimated processing time has been provided during any of these conversations.

In order to avoid any delays, I proactively asked the casino if I could submit my KYC and verification documents in advance. However, I have not received clear instructions or a request for specific documents, despite my willingness to fully cooperate.

For deposits, I used a Revolut one-time virtual card. The original deposit was funded from my personal bank card to my Revolut account, and then paid to the casino using the Revolut virtual card. I can provide full documentation for proof of identity, proof of address, proof of ownership of the Revolut account, and proof of the full deposit flow from the bank to Revolut and then to the casino.

At this point, more than a reasonable processing time has passed, and communication from the casino remains vague and repetitive. Based on similar cases involving this casino, I am concerned that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed.
