I registered with a great Affiliate Promo and 300% Bonus with it, and have never had Issues with NovaForge before. And I never had this problem before.
I asked first in Live Chat, but one more time (always with this Casino Software), the Casino's Agents have 0.0 Rights to check and resolve, and forced me to send an email.
I send anything to prove:
- Deposit Address Screenshot from the provided Wallet Address and Network.
- Screenshot from Transaction in Binance App
- separate hashid from Transaction to copy and check
I sent an Email to two official casino addresses, but the Casino didn't respond. I hope this Complaint helps to resolve it and he credits it with the promised Bonus.

I dont know why you send such Answers here, if you have just not enough Knowledge with Crypto or if this is an AI.
I already send here, in Chat and in E-Mail to you Screenshot from YOUR Site, your Payment Provider which offer the Crypto Deposits and you clearly see the Deposit Adress from YOUR Payment Provider.
I also send you Screenshot from the Transaction to this Crypto Adress and i also send you the transaction hash for the blockchain.
There is nothing from my Side which i can provide.. I clearly have proof of my Deposit and there is 10000% a Problem from your Payment Partner for Crypto.
I kindly ask you last Time to forward this Case here to someone which are handled your Payments and is able to check this with the Partner with my already provided Screenshots in the Message before.
We kindly request to contact your payment provider as in your gaming account there are not any actions.
