In the beginning all was good they was replying and helping but few days back after winning they changed
I won 37000 euro suddenly they stopped my withdrawal or delayed. Pull back my vip level 5 to 1 I have the special limit of 3000 now 500

Dear All , Most respectfully I am writing the truth in this 15 days process how much this is suffering while communicating with them
1-When I was providing my old adress this was at all documents and they was not approving at all i give more then 7 documents which was matching with profile adress now i have updated new Adress and reported them and give them all fresh documents still not approved ,I give driving license , Bank statement , Local Government letter as a Adress still hanging this matter.
2-Google pay … I never ever use google wallet in my life I shared all just 2 transactions did it accidentally while depositing I selected Google pay instead of Apple Pay I shared all transactions and history with them they I will attach here too . Both transactions they have in account statement also I shared separate too still they don’t understand or doing intentionally to avoid . For providing my income source I give salary slips bank statement .clear and neat incomes
3- About card issue 9426 .. I give the all statement of that card and full card number and tell them this is terminated and with official confirmation from the bank N26 also chat . Even show them the replacement of that card still question is same it’s questions .ownership of the bank account and card is not understood for them I did my best kindly intervene in this matter and resolve it . Few other things which is alarming with kingmaker I must state here while in this suffering journey must read below
-Support is unhelpful they copy paste same template without investigation
-Support logout your account anytime while discussing or playing it’s happened with me usually they block also chat I have attached screenshots
-Even multiple time writing asking for company details via email they avoid at all . Research says it’s registered where low immunity of law
-VIP manager gives you offer they step back when you qualify it’s up to them idk they can give you any reason .
-one things Good about them possible to win good user friendly interface and frequent Games but same time I think games are not tested .
This is all my personal opinion,experience,and views as a player with them
Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible 15 days passed not a single payment received .its seems intentionally avoiding . Please approve my account and pay me as soon as possible .Proof attached

I provided more then enough documentation as per there requirements and submitted around 100 documents multiple times . via your platform I must they just gain the time and not processed yet already 19 days passed . My live chat is blocked platform I like to play with them but this kind of action is suspicious .Hopefully all of you understand my situation .At least during you process please proceed my previous withdrawal this is unjustified stoped .

Thanks for writing I already explained them card was terminated and Captured by ATM . This card is Terminated as per N26 statement . I initiated multiple times and fight with them 27 minutes call . They write statement which i attached also that bank email which ATM captured card . Please try to understand I request them but they are saying this is not in our practice we just write this . I shared the email with you screenshot and card number and all details you can verify . Kindly approve my verification this suffering is not ending yet . Check your email and attached screenshot.
