I have already requested 3 withdrawals for 5 working days. Nothing is happening. Support keeps telling me the same thing. They said they would speed it up, that I shouldn't worry. The withdrawals are worth 35,000 CZK. Can you please help me? I've read that a lot of people are having problems with withdrawals. I just want my money.

Thank you. Two out of the three payments have just arrived in my account, and the third one has already been approved. I would like to thank you for your support, however, I do not wish to close this complaint yet. I prefer to wait until the remaining funds are paid out, and only then close the complaint. I hope the next payment will be processed more quickly.

This morning, I requested a withdrawal of 12,500 CZK, and tomorrow I will request the final withdrawal of 12,500 CZK.

Furthermore, please bear in mind that the processing of withdrawal requests generally takes at least 3 working days, counting from the day after the request was made or the day of the last withdrawal processed.
